ICS provides payment acceptance and processing solutions for businesses of all sizes, including point-of-sale systems, card processing, and merchant support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Fees and Payment
All service fees are outlined in your service agreement or onboarding materials. Payment terms, including frequency and methods, are provided at setup. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion for any reason, including breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ICS website and services—including but not limited to logos, branding, software, text, and graphics—is the property of ICS or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ICS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating formal legal action. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Clair County, Illinois. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Optional upgrade: ICS may explore binding arbitration in the future, but current disputes will be handled through local courts.
